Wow.. it is already December!

..and on the news they say it is snowing in my old hometown in Sweden. Brrrr, cold!, and how beautiful at the same time.
I feel lucky to live in sunny San Francisco, California where it’s not too warm or too cold. This is what we call “lagom” (perfectly in between) in Swedish.

Traditionally I serve “glögg” (mulled wine) during our HOLIDAY PARTY AND ART SHOW, sadly this year due to Covid we will not have any food inside. This tradition will have to wait until next year.

Though!, we are still having our Holiday Party and it is happening this Sunday, December 5th. PLEASE, come and visit us, show your support and have fun. There are art for sale, great ideas for gifts, food vendor and live music.

I am moving!
…..to my own studio 😀

Still at the shipyard and in Building 101. Just a few coridoors west of my old place. This is such an amazing opportunity that I have been waiting for a very long time. I can’t believe it is really happening!

Status

This photo was taken during a foggy morning walk. Moody gray weather sometimes inspires me. With my camera in my hand I captured this photograph of a leaf on the ground, I love drippy drops and how they beautify their surrounding.

August is here and it’s time to print and see what I have created, to mat and frame my work is an important part of my artistic process. Creations changes with different media; from monitor to print and what paper you use when printing, used color on mat board and frame.. it all comes together as one product in the end.

San Francisco weather was absolutely fabulous this weekend!

Our city just showed us how beautiful it can be staying or visiting San Francisco a day in October. I hope you all had a lovely weekend and took a chance being outdoors enjoying the sun and fresh air.

Stop by my Studio, I will have my doors Open this Weekend, October 14 & 15 between 11-6pm.
I’ll have new work up on the walls. 🙂 ..and if you missed my art reception in August then this is a good opportunity to check out my new series of work: Landscape of Portraiture.

PS. There are construction going on at the Shipyard, with new housing up the hill. They have now started building the NEW artist building as well and the area looks very different 🙂
You can park on Galvez St or at the big parking lot where you find more artists in building 115, 116, 117 and 104.
We have shuttles running the whole day between that parking up to building 101 for those of you who would like a ride. Parking and shuttle are free!

I hope you will enjoy the event – we are many artists that open our doors. There are food trucks and more to make it to a real Art and Food party! So… Stop by! 😀
